Who can be interested in our services?

During the initial phase of partner onboarding, we begin by signing a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure complete confidentiality. This agreement safeguards all sensitive information, including pricing details, business insights, and the terms of our partnership.

Depending on the client’s preferred mode of engagement—whether through a partner agency or direct business collaboration—we initiate detailed discussions to understand their requirements. This includes assessing whether the client has an in-house team to manage projects or requires our dedicated team to take the lead and execute them effectively.

We engage in a transparent discussion with the client to finalize a mutually agreed-upon pricing plan for the project. Depending on the client’s preference, this may be a fixed cost for the entire project duration or an hourly billing model tailored to their needs.

Once the pricing structure is mutually agreed upon, we move forward by drafting and finalizing a formal agreement to initiate client onboarding. During this phase, we also assign a dedicated account manager from our team to oversee the engagement, handle estimations, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

The account manager prepares detailed estimations aligned with the client’s requirements, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Based on these insights—along with the agreed terms, conditions, and the nature of the partnership—a comprehensive proposal is then presented to the client for review and approval.
