6. Payments & Refunds
Payments must be made as agreed in the invoice or contract.

We reserve the right to suspend services due to non-payment.

Refunds, if any, will be processed based on the specific service agreement. Custom development services are generally non-refundable once work begins.

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or violate applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability
MindBoxx Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our Services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in dispute.
